1.How can I contact the helpdesk to submit a query?
Please follow the below 3 simple steps to submit a query
(1)Click on the helpdesk button found on the top left corner of the navigation panel.
(2)Give a short description of your problem in the subject line.
(3)Provide a detailed description of your query in the box provided and click on submit.
2.When will my query be resolved?
Your query will be responded to by our support team within 48 hours.
3.Will I be notified when the query is answered?
You will receive notification email in your email address once the query is answered.
4.Can I read the answer to my query from my email id?
No, You are required to login to your vturesource account and check the response to your query in your vturesource inbox.
5.If I have not opted to receive emails about service announcements, will I receive the notification when my query is responded?
This is mandatory email hence you will receive the notification regardless of opt in option that you have chosen.
6.How long will it take for a query to be resolved?
Most of the queries will be resolved on first in first out basis.
