4. What should be the minimum length of password?
Your password should have atleast 8 characters.
5. How to create a strong password?
You should ensure that your password should be alpha numeric containing atleast one letter in uppercase and atleast one number.
6. I requested for password to be reset but I still did not receive the password reset email in my inbox.
Please make sure that you have checked junk and spam folders as well.
Also make sure that you are checking the correct inbox.
7. I want to reset my password,I am unable to access the email id I used during signup
If you know your user name and password
login to vtruresource and update your email address by going to your account settings.
Then try to reset your password using the below link.

8. I have received the password reset email but I am unable to login to my account.
Please make sure that you have not copied extra blank space while entering the password.
Also change your browser settings to enable cookies.

9. I tried to login and I am getting the message as your account is locked
If you attempted to login using an incorrect password, your account will automatically become locked on your 5th attempt.
We suggest you to wait for an 5 mins after which you will be able to
login.
10. I did not request for a password reset but still I have received password reset email.
If you have not requested password reset, It is possible that another user might have given your email address by mistake.
Do not worry as your account is still secure and you need not reset your password.
